The return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, or affected by any use, as well as disposable items, games that can be copied, software, and products delivered in a digital environment, is not accepted. For other return requests, if you wish to return a product after receiving it for any reason, here’s what you need to know:
Socisy.com only issues refunds under the following circumstances:
- Incomplete order (within 72 hours)
- Incorrect order shipment
- Order sent incorrectly
Refund requests for any reasons other than the above will not be accepted. For missing shipments, incorrect deliveries, or incomplete orders, the items will be recalculated and resent.
Orders placed through Socisy.com must be paid using legitimate payment methods. While the platform management does not assume responsibility for transactions made on the site, any orders placed using stolen credit cards will be canceled. Services will continue after the update, but Socisy.com retains the right to hold and return orders during this period. The duration of the waiting period is at the discretion of the platform management, and customers acknowledge this when placing their orders.
Services cannot be provided if incorrect or incomplete information is provided during the order process. Customers must accurately fill out their account information; otherwise, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Return requests will not be accepted once an order has been processed. Please ensure that you are ready to finalize your order before making it.
When ordering through Socisy.com, ensure your account is public. Orders will not be processed for closed accounts, and no refunds will be issued for canceled orders.
Socisy.com reserves the right to cancel orders that do not receive favorable reviews from management. Orders intended for accounts with banned or inappropriate content will not be refunded.
